Palmetto GBA No Longer Supports Mozilla Firefox for MyRRMed Users

Palmetto GBA’s MyRRMed portal ceased support for the Mozilla Firefox web browser as of June 15, 2022. After this date, MyRRMed will operate optimally using these browsers:

Microsoft Edge (most current version)
Google Chrome (Version 87.x)

If you currently use Firefox to access MyRRMed, we strongly encourage you to update your web browser to either Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Firefox is no longer available on our internal systems. This prevents us from troubleshooting if you have issues. Also, Microsoft has found security vulnerabilities within Firefox. For these reasons, we recommend that you make this change as soon as possible.

While you should have no issues using the Firefox browser on our website, we have enabled our web pages and online tools to work most efficiently with Edge or Chrome.
