eServices: NPI Link to National Registry for Hospice and Home Health Sub-Tab

The eServices Eligibility tab has been recently been enhanced to display additional hospice and home health information.

On the Hospice/Home Health sub-tab, the NPI of the hospice provider that previously treated the beneficiary will appear as a hyperlink. Providers are able to access the National NPI Registry to look up the name and address of that provider directly from the eServices page. To access the NPI Registry:

Login to eServices
Select the Eligibility tab
Select the Hospice/Home Health sub-tab
Click on the NPI (column label Provider Number)
